Country Cousins greets you with a smile as soon as you walk through the door. Country Cousins is a traditional restaurant serving delicious British food including our 5 days a week carvery along with specials, meat and fish dishes, or maybe just a light bite. Vegetarian options are also available.

Country Cousins Restaurant is famous in the local area for our sweet trolley that has an abundance of puddings ready on display. You will have a hard time choosing one!
Our Light bites and specials are an amazing addition to our à la carte menu giving you plenty of choice for whatever suites your apitite.
Always a choice of meats, locally sourced in Devon with two selections of potatoes and a wide selection of fresh vegetables. Gluten free and vegetarians catered for.
Country Cousins situated right on the sea front is a great place to have a light bite after a the beach or a family get together with our huge round tables.
THE HISTORY OF COUNTRY COUSINS
Country Cousins was established in 1986 and was originally a 33 seater restaurant which was only located at 3 Westbourne terrace. It was then extended to 4 Westbourne terrace in 1988, then to 2 Westbourne terrace in 1991.
The building was originally 3 lifeguard cottages, which then underwent a rear extension in 1991.
The restaurant underwent a complete refurbishment in February 2015 as the original owner Mr Cousins took on the restaurant again after his short retirement.
